Things Are Changing

First, happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate. I spent the holiday hunting (choked on my chance at a buck) and hanging with family.

You don't hear it from many creators, but I'm thankful for all of you who read this email each week. I don't take your attention for granted.

That said, I'm keeping this piece short (2 min read) as you likely have something going on today or are still recovering from the 8,000 calories you put down at dinner last night.

So let's cut to the chase.

I'm looking to take this newsletter to the next level.

A couple of weeks ago I took a class with Jack Raines and Nathan Baugh who write Young Money and World Builders. I highly recommend it if you want to get into the newsletter game yourself.

Over the coming months, I'll be slowly implementing my learnings from the course. For example, in a future post, you will find a quick anonymous survey. The purpose of this survey will be to help me better understand who I'm writing for, and will allow me to work with sponsors aligned with your interests.

Furthermore, you will now find a poll at the bottom of every email. This poll will give you three options to communicate what you thought of the content. I have actually attached it at the end of this piece. If you could, give it a vote after reading. This is a great help as it ensures everything is working as it should (you know how technology is).

Now for the BIG NEWS.

After speaking with Jack and Nathan they recommended creating a name for this email. For the long-time subscribers, you know this newsletter was once titled "Always Invested." Kind of lame I know.

If you have any sweet or creative names in mind shoot them my way. Here are a few I have thrown around to get the wheels turning.

  • Spare Change

  • Fat Pockets

  • The Cash Cow

  • The Money Farm

Feel free to weigh in on these, or send me your recommendation (will send over a little thank you if I choose yours).

That's all for today my friend. Hope the holidays are treating you well.

Cade
